Effective Date: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and True Resonance, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“True Resonance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your use of the True Resonance websites, applications, AI conversations, matching features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information

You may not:

- Transfer, sell, or share your account
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement
We may limit users to one active personal account.
3. Beta and early-access service
True Resonance may be offered as a beta, experimental, or early-access service.
During the beta:
- Features may be incomplete
- Matching quality may vary as the user community grows
- Recommendations and AI-generated insights may change
- Information may occasionally be lost or displayed incorrectly
- Parts of the Service may be unavailable
- Features may be added, modified, or removed
We will try to make the Service useful and reliable, but early-access features may evolve quickly. We welcome feedback but are not required to implement suggestions.
4. AI-generated content and insights
True Resonance uses artificial intelligence to generate conversation responses, summaries, inferred preferences, self-understanding insights, and matching recommendations.
AI-generated content is meant to support reflection and discovery. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inappropriate, or based on misunderstood context.
You should not treat AI-generated content as:
- A clinical or psychological diagnosis
- Medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice
- A definitive assessment of your personality
- Proof that another user is compatible, safe, truthful, or suitable
- A guarantee that a relationship or interaction will succeed
You can correct or refine our understanding through the Service. You remain responsible for your own decisions and interactions.
5. Matching is not a guarantee
True Resonance attempts to identify potentially meaningful connections based on the information available to the Service.
Compatibility is personal and can never be fully guaranteed by software.
We do not guarantee:
- A minimum number of matches
- That you will meet or connect with another user
- That another user will respond
- That profile information is complete, current, or accurate
- That two people will be compatible in practice
- Any particular relationship or personal outcome
Match scores, explanations, and compatibility insights are informational tools, not objective facts.
6. Other users and personal safety
True Resonance is designed to support more thoughtful introductions, but we cannot verify everything about every user unless we expressly say otherwise.
Users may misrepresent themselves. Please use reasonable care in interactions with other users.
When communicating with or meeting another user:
- Take time to get to know them
- Protect sensitive financial and identifying information
- Do not send money or financial instruments
- Use caution before sharing your home or work address
- Meet in a public place initially
- Tell someone you trust where you are going
- Arrange your own transportation where possible
- Stop an interaction if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe
Contact local emergency services if you believe there is an immediate danger.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, abuse, or exploit another person

- Engage in fraud, scams, solicitation, or financial exploitation
- Promote or facilitate illegal goods, services, or conduct
- Distribute malware or interfere with the Service
- Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically collect user information
- Reverse engineer, bypass, or circumvent security controls
- Use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated systems

- Encourage another user to violate these Terms
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report conduct to appropriate authorities where reasonably necessary.
8. Your content
“User Content” includes text, photos, audio, messages, profile content, feedback, and other material you submit to the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You give True Resonance permission to host, store, process, analyze, format, display, and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

- Provide features you request
- Maintain security and investigate abuse
- Enforce these Terms
- Improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy
This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable to service providers who help us operate the Service. It does not mean we own your content or can publish private conversations as marketing material.
This permission continues only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and meet the purposes described above, subject to retention permitted under the Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own your User Content or have all necessary rights to submit it
- Your User Content does not violate law or another person’s rights
- Your User Content is not materially false, fraudulent, or misleading
9. Private and public information
Your conversations with Resona are intended to remain private from other users.
You control what appears on your public profile through available product controls. Information you approve for your public profile may be displayed to potential matches and other authorized users.
Information you choose to send directly to another user may be saved, copied, photographed, or redistributed by that user despite our rules. Please share directly with another user only when you are comfortable doing so.
10. Reports, blocks, and moderation
You may report or block users through available Service features or by contacting us.
We may investigate reported activity and review relevant account information, profile content, or communications where reasonably necessary for safety, support, legal compliance, or enforcement.
We may use automated systems and human review to detect or investigate potential violations.
We are not required to disclose the details, evidence, or outcome of an investigation, except where required by law.
11. True Resonance intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, user interface, AI prompts, matching systems, models, taxonomies, designs, and original content, is owned by True Resonance, Inc. or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to use our trademarks, branding, source code, models, taxonomies, or proprietary materials except as necessary for ordinary personal use of the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
12. Third-party services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including AI providers, hosting providers, authentication services, app stores, mapping services, analytics tools, and payment processors.
Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or conduct of independent third-party services, except as required by applicable law.
13. Fees and future paid features
The beta version may be offered without charge.
We may introduce subscriptions, usage limits, premium features, or other fees in the future. We will disclose prices and obtain authorization before charging you.
Introducing a paid plan will not retroactively charge you for previously free use.
If paid features are offered through an app store or payment processor, their billing, cancellation, and refund terms may also apply.
14. Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant True Resonance permission to use them without restriction or compensation.
This does not transfer ownership of your private User Content to us.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:
- These Terms have been violated
- The account presents a safety or security risk
- The account is being used fraudulently
- Suspension is required by law
- Continued access could harm True Resonance, another user, or another person
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and accrued rights.
16. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service as the product develops.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material discontinuation or changes affecting active users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release True Resonance, Inc. from claims arising out of the conduct, statements, content, or actions of other users, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct or where such a release is prohibited by law.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless True Resonance, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Service
- Your User Content

- Your violation of another person's rights
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by True Resonance, Inc.'s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
21. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any consumer rights or laws that cannot validly be waived, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
You and True Resonance, Inc. consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves.
If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or through another appropriate method.
